A sneak peek into Northern Arizona University's new personalized learning, online college-degree program. They are one of the first on-campus colleges that also offer distance-ed degrees and now non-traditional degree programs. This video will explain the basic concept of what online personalized learning classrooms would look like. And, this is my own graduate school where I am just finishing up my second graduate degree - a Master's in English. Yet they did not have this personalized learning approach when I started. They 'took out the classroom' and allow you to earn your degree in a way that works best for your life, world and needs. What ideas can you incorporate from their program into your own as a course designer or facilitator?
